Day one

On arrival at Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport and you will be met by our representatives and assist you, and transfer to The Gateway Airport Garden Hotel for over night stay.


Day two

After Breakfast at Hotel, Proceed to Kandy via Sigiriya & Dambulla Rock Temple S\S, Sigiriya, an ancient rock fortress and palace surrounded by the remains of an extensive network of gardens, reservoirs, and other structures, Sigiriya is also renowned for its ancient paintings which are reminiscent of the Ajanta Caves of India. It is one of the eight World Heritage Sites of Sri Lanka. It's also proposed as the 8th Wonder of the world. Sigiriya complex was built by King Kashyapa (AD 477 – 495), and after the king's death, it was used as a Buddhist monastery until 14th century.

Dambulla Cave temple, Dating back to the 1st Century BC, this is the most impressive cave temple in Sri Lanka. It has five caves under a vast overhanging rock, carved with a drip line to keep the interiors dry. In 1938 the architecture was embellished with arched colonnades and gabled entrances. Inside the caves, the ceilings are painted with intricate patterns of religious images following the contours of the rock. There are images of the Lord Buddha and bodhisattvas, as well as various gods and goddesses.

After Dambulla S/S on the way to Kandy visit a spice garden at Matale , Lunch at a Local Restaurant , In the evening visit Sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic and view the daily traditional rituals of the Temple, view Kandyan dance show etc, Dinner and over night stay at Chaaya Citadel or similar class.

Day four

Sri Lanka highlights tour After Breakfast at Hotel commence brief S\S in Kandy lies at an altitude of 488.6 meters (1629 feet) above sea level in the center of the island and surrounded by the ranges of mountains. It is still very much a focal point of Sri Lankan culture. Kandy was the capitol of last generation of Sri Lanka`s Kings until it fell in to the hands of British in 1815. You will Visit for sight seeing Botanical Gardens at Peradeniya, Kandy Market, Bazaar etc, Thereafter leave for Nuwara Eliya.

Nuwara Eliya (City of Lights), also known as 'Little' England', was the favorite hill station of the British who tried to create Nuwara Eliya into a typical English Village. The old brick Post office, country house like hill club, the 18 hole golf course, race course etc., all remind you of 'England'. After Breakfast at Hotel leave for Negombo via Pinnawala and Colombo, Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage is the home for about 60 elephants, out of which many are baby elephants found, abandoned or orphaned in the wild. They are being cared, fed and trained by the wild life authorities. The best time to visit is during the feeding times, when one will have the opportunity of seeing the baby elephants being bottle-fed. Also could accompany the elephants to a river close-by and see the elephants having their daily bath.

Colombo is the metropolitan city and the commercial capital of Sri Lanka, which keeps pace with modern developments while preserving the old world charms, among the many places of interest in the city are The Fort, Old parliament house, Buddhist Temples, old Churches, Hindu Temples, Mosques, Independence Hall, and Bandaranaike International Memorial Conference Hall etc, Lunch en-route at Local restaurant, After reaching Colombo commence brief S\S of Colombo and shopping etc.
